*UPDATE* CHICAGO SHOWROOM REOPENS FOR APPOINTMENTS

We are delighted to announce that we are able to start offering bridal appointments again in our Chicago Showroom. The wellbeing of our brides, their guests and our staff is our highest priority during these trying times and we can assure our brides their health and safety is our priority. To ensure that GLL complies with the Department of Health guidelines and government orders relating to social distancing, we are able to welcome our bride and one guest to an appointment. Any additional guests will be unable to enter the showroom due to these restrictions, however our stylists are trained to assist in taking photos for you to share with your nearest & dearest, as well as facilitating FaceTime calls to ensure that they can continue to be involved in your experience at this time.

We are committed to following the strictest of WHO advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities. We can’t wait to welcome our brides back to our Chicago Showroom.

*UPDATE* BRIDES CAN NOW BRING 3 GUESTS TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS AT THE GOLD COAST AND PERTH SHOWROOMS

We are excited to announce that brides visiting the Gold Coast and Perth showrooms as of the 15th of May are able to bring to bring 3 guests to their appointment. As the easing of restrictions are now in place for Queensland and Western Australia, we are able to host these additional guests for each showroom appointment. 

Please note that our staff are taking all necessary safety precautions, by continuously practicing good hygiene to ensure the well-being of all those involved.

*UPDATE* VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE, UK AND US SHOWROOMS TEMPORARILY CLOSED AND ONE GUEST LIMIT FOR AUS SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS.

As the London and US showrooms sadly remain temporarily closed, we are now taking virtual appointments to help all brides-to-be find ‘The One’ from the comfort of your own homes. Our passionate and skilful team of stylists will host your one-on-one virtual appointment through a live video stream, where they will assist you with styling and measurements. This idea was born out of our need to continue to service brides across the globe during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Due to social distancing laws, we are only allowing brides to bring one additional guest along with them to their showroom appointments here in Australia. This was a difficult decision to make, however we are dedicated to ensuring all customers and staff are kept safe. Our showroom stylists are continuously practising good hygiene to ensure the safety of all of those involved.

*UPDATE* LONDON SHOWROOM TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Due to the fast-developing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily shutting the doors to our London showroom until further notice. Though we are sad we cannot service our London brides in-store right now, we sincerely hope these government measures help mitigate the spread of this virus. If you have an appointment, we will be in touch with you to reschedule or organise a virtual showing. We hope to see you all online.

As we continue to closely monitor the global impact of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily shut our US showrooms (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego and Dallas). We are awaiting further direction from the local authorities in our showroom locations before we can confirm our re-opening date

Sadly, the severity of COVID-19 is growing worldwide. While we don’t want to add to the noise, we do want to be transparent in how we communicate during this difficult time. We are taking this precautionary measure very seriously as we do our part to mitigate the potential spread of the virus.

As far as we know, no employees of Grace Loves Lace have tested positive for COVID-19, nor have any showroom attendees. We could not be more thankful for this.

Our stylists will all be paid over this period as they continue to diligently support our brides by phone, email and through virtual consultations.

As this situation is rapidly evolving, our plans may change. You can stay up to date by following our Instagram, checking our Facebook, or by keeping an eye on this page. If you have an appointment booked that is directly impacted, one of our dedicated stylists will personally reach out to you.

These showroom closures WILL NOT affect your gown being ordered, made or received as all our manufacturing is conducted in Australia.

As always, you can still shop our made-to-order and ready-to-wear gowns online. This virus may shut our showrooms and send our staff home, but it won’t stop us from dressing you on your special day.

WHAT IS PRIORITY MADE TO ORDER?

If your wedding is less than 4 months away, you are a Priority Made-to-Order bride. For an additional fee, your gown will be handmade especially for you in our Australian studio to your size range and custom height. Your measurements will determine the sizing and proportions that best suit you. As your gown will move immediately into production you must lock-in your measurements with an Online, Showroom or After Sales Stylist within 48hrs of placing the order to guarantee an on-time delivery. Failure to lock in your measurements within 48hrs of placing the order may result in your gown being delayed, a fault not assumed by GLL. Provided measurements are provided in the time required, your order will arrive no less than seven days before your wedding date.

If your wedding is less than 6 weeks away, please urgently email info@graceloveslace.com or call our Australian head office +61 75220 0024 to make a Priority Made-to-Order Request. In the event we can produce a Priority Made-to-Order for weddings less than 6 weeks away, we recommend having a tailor booked for consult when your gown is due to arrive, in the event you should wish for any adjustments to be made.

WHAT IS READY TO WEAR?

We stock a limited selection of Ready-to-Wear wedding dresses handmade in our Australian studio to a standard dress size and height (155cm shoulder to floor). Available for immediate purchase and urgent delivery, our exclusive stretch laces and effortless silhouettes allow for an easy and comfortable fit. The hem can be easily adjusted by your trusted seamstress at your expense.
