FAQs
Do I need a ticket to go to the sample sale?
No you do not, just come along to your nearest showroom location. We will be sharing sneak peaks and more information on our Facebook event pages, to follow these go to our Grace Loves Lace Facebook page.
When will the sample sale be held, and what time will the sample sale events be open?
New York: Saturday, 9 - 5pm
Los Angeles: Saturday, 9 - 5pm
Sydney: Saturday, 9am – 5pm
Can I book a double appointment to try on additional gowns?
No, as our sample sale events are first in best dressed. Should you not find ‘The One’, you are welcome to book an exclusive bridal appointment at one of our global showrooms instead: https://www.graceloveslace.com/showrooms.
Will each bride have a stylist to assist with styles or changing?
We will have our bridal stylists on site to assist with sizes, styles, trying on gowns if you need and accessorizing. We recommend not wearing makeup, tan or other products to our events to avoid damage to garments. You are welcome to wear seamless underwear, a strapless bra and bring shapewear to assist if desired. Please note this is not the usual appointment experience and there will be many people in the showroom also trying on gowns.
What discount will be applied?
We will be offering up to 70% off our most iconic styles and products from Grace Loves Lace.
What condition will gowns be in?
Gowns will vary in quality from never been worn discontinued stock, pristine marketing samples only worn on shoots, and more loved showroom samples.
How do I work out my size?
You should choose the dress size that best represents your standard, everyday dress size. Keep in mind gowns incorporate our signature stretch, versatile and flexible fit.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
All sales at our Grace Loves Lace Global Sample Sale events are final. There will be no returns or exchanges. Please see terms and conditions attached to your receipt post-purchase.
Can I pay Cash?
This sale is a cashless sample sale so we will not except cash. You can pay via VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, GooglePay & ApplePay.
