daily basis and your wedding day should be no different. My background in the fashion industry gave me insight into just how stale the
bridal offering was when I was searching for my own gown in 2010. I wasn’t satisfied with the wedding uniform. I wanted more. I
couldn’t do a gown with a corset, boning, structure or restriction, it just wasn’t for me. I needed a gown that was authentically me.

The ancestry of Grace Loves Lace is woven throughout the very fabric they specialise in. Enchanted by the beauty and delicacy of French
lace, Megan’s Great Grandmother passed on her passion for design and lace to Megan’s Mother, Sally. Growing up between Wales and France,
Sally explored the lace making regions France is famous for and went on to design luxurious French lingerie. Her successful career was
underpinned by high quality production and ethical manufacturing, beliefs which inspired Megan from a young age.

Coast, Australia. Each piece in our collection is handmade in our Australian studio and delivered worldwide. Designing, producing, and

Each piece from our collection is handmade to order in our studio on the Gold Coast, Australia by our in-house team of seamstresses in
luxurious laces and silks. Every gown is handmade, packed and shipped from our head office to ensure you’re in good hands.
Made-to-Order means your unique gown will be handmade especially for you to your size range and height. For more urgent deliveries, we
have a range of Ready-to-Wear gowns available.
Our range of Ready-to-Wear gowns are available for urgent delivery and have been handmade to a standard size and height. They are
handmade in our Australian studio and dispatched from our head office within 3 days of your order being placed.
Yes, we offer delivery worldwide and ship our gowns to over 65 countries each year. International parcels are sent via UPS Express /
International DHL Express which includes full tracking. You will receive your purchase in 3-5 business days after your order has been
placed. All parcels shipped within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express which includes full tracking.
The only place to purchase an authentic Grace Loves Lace gown is through our website or if you have an appointment at one of our global
showrooms. Our expert team of online Stylists are here to assist you every step of the way. Simply select the style you’ve decided on,
add it to your shopping bag and proceed to purchase. Our Customer Service team will look after you from the processing of your order
right through to delivery.
We choose to exclusively sell our collection through our website and our seven worldwide GLL showrooms – Los Angeles, New York and Dallas (USA),
London, (UK), the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth Australia. As a result we do not have stockists and the only place to try on a Grace Loves Lace
gown is in our showrooms or at our exclusive Concierge events.
Our Customer Service team look after you from confirming your order and dates, to sizing and measurements, along with any other details.
Your gown will be handmade in our Australia studio. The stages of your gown construction start with fabric allocation, to fabric
cutting, to our in-house seamstress sewing your gown, to the final hand sewing and then quality control. Your gown will be dispatched
from our head office in Australia and we deliver worldwide.
From the moment you place your order our Customer Service team will work with you to confirm your order, wedding date, sizing and
measurements. Your gown will be handmade in our Australian studio which starts with allocation of your fabric, which is then cut and
hand-sewn by our in-house seamstresses. Your gown will journey through testing including a final quality control check conducted by our
dedicated QC team who personally pack and dispatch each and every order.
Generally brides order 12-18 months before their wedding, however we can take orders up to 5-6 months before delivery. If you require a
Made-to-Order gown and need a more urgent delivery please contact our Stylist team (email@example.com). A selection of
Ready-to-Wear gowns are also available for urgent delivery.
We have a selection of Ready-to-Wear gowns which are available in our Ready-to-Wear category. These gowns are available for immediate
purchase and urgent delivery.
Your unique measurements and proportions determine your dress size. Our gowns incorporate our signature stretch, versatile and flexible
fit. Your Made-to-Order gown will be made to your size range and your height. If you are purchasing a Ready-to-Wear gown, you should choose
the dress size that best represents your standard, everyday dress size.

We work with brides with both minimal time-frames and long time-frames. We recommend all our brides secure their order as soon as
possible to ensure our limited fabrics can be allocated to their order. We work off a production and delivery timeframe based on the

Due to our production demands we are unable to customise or alter our designs.
We have lots of brides hoping to lose a bit of weight before their special day, which is no problem at all. You will notice that our
fabrics are beautiful and stretchy, so often if brides drop a size in weight, their original size still fits beautifully. If not, our
dresses are very easy to alter by a professional seamstress if you would like it a bit more fitted. If you place your order well in
advance of your wedding date then we can confirm your size before your dress goes into production.
Many of our brides hope to lose a little extra weight before their special day. The luxury of the fabrics we use contain a comfortable
stretch so if a bride does drop a little weight their original size will still fit beautifully. We do however recommend securing your
gown according to your accurate measurements. Should you wish to alter your dress we recommend only seeing a professional seamstress to
make the gown a little more fitted. If you place your order well in advance of your wedding date then we can confirm your size before
your dress goes into production.
All of our dresses undergo a final 3-step high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing is of the highest
standard before delivery. Our dedicated Quality Control team are highly qualified and experienced, and we pride ourselves on our

We are more than happy to send you a fabric swatch of the gown to help you gain a feel for the fabrics however unfortunately we are

Yes, we do require you to reserve an appointment. This allows for a one-on-one experience with your own GLL stylist.
How do I make an appointment?
Book your appointment online by selecting your desired showroom (Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, London, or Gold Coast) under the
‘Showrooms’ tab on our website. Our online calendar allows you to select your desired available time, as well as send notes to your
stylist about your favourite GLL gowns. Alternatively, if you require assistance, you are welcome to your preferred showroom

How long do the showroom appointments run for?
Bridal appointments run for one hour, which provides brides time to try on up to 5 of their favourite GLL styles and accessories.
We do also offer appointments to try on our everyday, bridesmaid and accessory collections if you wish to book in dedicated time
to do this – and these appointments run for 45 minutes.
Do I need to select my favourite GLL gowns prior to my appointment?
To ensure we can best prepare for your appointment, be sure to list your preferred styles prior to visiting our showroom. You will
be prompted to list your favourite gowns when making your booking.
Am I required to purchase my gown on the day?
We understand it can take time to make your decision. You are not required to purchase on the day. In fact, you are able to
continue speaking with your stylist after the appointment via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
As we are an online business we only accept payment in full, at time of ordering, via Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. If you wish to
pay with an AMEX, we recommend setting up a Paypal account prior.
Will I be guaranteed my desired appointment date and time?
Our weekend consultations typically book out 6 -8 weeks in advance. We will always do our very best to accommodate you on short
notice and we would be happy to add your details to our cancellations list for any appointment that may arise. We advise, for this
reason, to book as soon as you know you want to wear a GLL gown.
What if I need to cancel my consultation?
We get it, life happens! We do kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule as we are a small
boutique showroom and can only see a very limited number of brides in a day.
What do I need to bring?
Your beautiful self, wear nude seamless underwear, minimal to no makeup and no tanning products. You can also bring along your
favourite nude strapless bra or adhesive cups if you wish.
How many guests can I bring?
You’re welcome to bring along a maximum 3 guests as we would like to ensure your experience at the Grace Loves Lace Showroom is
intimate and totally relaxing.
Can I purchase directly from your showroom & walk out with my gown?
In our showrooms, you are able to try on all gowns from our range. When you are ready to purchase ‘The One’, your gown will be
shipped direct to your door from our Australian studio where it is handmade. The only destination in the world where you can
purchase a gown on the spot and take it home with you that day is our newly opened NYC Flagship.
