Salvatore and Harmony in the Noah Gown
Surrounded by the beauty of Montana’s Emigrant Peak, Salvatore and Harmony’s wedding at Chico Hot Springs was a whimsical and romantic celebration.
A Crumpled Note, A Lifetime Promise
Harmony was bartending in the dim light of a local restaurant one night when Salvatore walked in as a customer. Their first conversation sparked instant chemistry, with Harmony so immersed that the bustling bar seemed to fade away. Though Salvatore left with his friends as the night grew busier, he wasn’t quite ready to end things there. After closing, he found his way back, asking for Harmony’s number. In a flutter of nervous excitement, she hastily scribbled her digits on a piece of receipt paper, unaware of the cherished memento it would become.
For Harmony, she knew it was right from early on. “There was something in me that always knew,” she describes. “If I had to pick one definitive moment, it would be watching Salvatore meet my dad for the first time. That’s when I knew this was something extremely rare and special.”
Over time, that little receipt became part of their story—a shared laugh, a piece of their history together. Salvatore had “accidentally” thrown it away after saving Harmony’s number, or so she thought. But on a rooftop bathed in sunset hues two and a half years later, he pulled out a small, crumpled piece of paper—the very same receipt Harmony had handed him that night. On the back, he had written the words, “Marry me?” That small, fragile piece of paper, now framed on Harmony’s bedside table, is a lasting reminder of their beautiful journey together.
A Whimsical Wedding at Chico Hot Springs in Pray, Montana
Salvatore and Harmony married at Chico Hot Springs, located in the charming town of Pray, Montana—a place that holds Harmony’s fondest childhood memories. “Growing up, I spent countless weekends there for family getaways, always dreaming that one day I’d return to marry the love of my life,” Harmony shares. Harmony’s father is a drummer, playing in many wedding bands over the years, and as she grew up attending weddings at Chico Hot Springs, it became her favourite place on earth. After introducing it to Salvatore, he fell in love with it the same way Harmony did 20 years ago, and they agreed there was no other place for their wedding.
The couple began their weekend celebration riding on horseback, soaking in the natural hot springs, and enjoying a few lively nights with the band in the saloon. On the morning of their wedding, Salvatore and Harmony shared their vows privately—an intimate moment just for the two of them—before parting ways to get ready for their special day. “Weddings can be a stressful time, so taking moments to soak in the fact that you as two people are coming together in marriage is very important. We will never forget the way we felt being able to give each other our vows with nobody listening but us and God.”
As Harmony walked down the aisle in the Field of Dreams, with the breathtaking Emigrant Peak as their background and all of their loved ones before her, she felt like she was stepping into a dream, “one I wish I could shut my eyes and relive every night,” she shares. The setting was ethereal, with romantic blooms of peonies, garden roses, and blue delphiniums perfectly complementing their pastel storybook theme. The couple’s whimsical palette of pinks, purples, and baby blues blended seamlessly with the natural beauty of Chico, creating a fairytale-like atmosphere.
Salvatore and Harmony’s signature cocktails—Aperol Spritz and Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned—set the tone for the reception as they danced the night away to live music before the DJ closed out the celebration. Harmony described the day as “truly the best day of our lives,” made even more special by their deep connection to their wedding venue and the love they felt from everyone around them.
Saying ‘Yes’ to Noah
Noah perfectly captured Harmony’s personality, their wedding venue, and the love she shared with Salvatore. Romantic, whimsical, and intricately detailed, the dress made her feel more beautiful than ever before. During the bride’s initial visit to our bridal boutique, she tried on several of our gowns, but none were ‘The One’. Sensing this, her bridal assistant pulled Noah as the final option, and the moment she put it on, it was magic. Harmony paired Noah with our Lumi veil, which she loved so much she didn’t take it off until her first dance.
