We stepped up our veil game with the stunning Pearly veil – our now iconic accessory, designed to suit every GRACE gown. This midi version features the sheer ivory, pearl-studded tulle that you adore, in a versatile and wearable mid-length version. With a drop of 162 centimetres and featuring a base of chai-tone tulle, the Pearly midi veil gives the illusion of floating pearl drops. The Pearly Midi veil is modern, elegant and classic at once.

Before purchasing please consider that all sales are final – we do not accept returns on sample sale items. All styles are in near-new condition and have been lightly worn for indoor e-commerce photoshoots. Any alterations or repairs are to be made at your own expense. 

Priority Order (+$400 USD)

As your wedding is less than 5.5 months away (our standard time frame for Made-to-order dresses), we will hand make your gown with priority. For an additional fee, your gown will be made especially for you in our Australian studio to your size ranges and height.

As your gown will move immediately into production you must supply your measurements when placing your order. Please refer to our How to Take Your Measurements page to take all of your measurements and all them into your My Account immediately after ordering. Please use our live chat if you need help.

Your gown will be handmade for you in our Australian studio to your size ranges and height. Your order will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

We will contact you approximately 5 months before your wedding day (just before your gown goes into production) to confirm your measurements.

Why should I wear Grace Loves Lace on my wedding day?

Everything at Grace Loves Lace is designed with comfort, luxury and movement in mind. We are the leaders when it comes to modern day bridal! We know what women want, and that's to feel incredible, without sacrificing comfort. All of our gowns are handmade in our Australian studio, so you can feel good wearing a dress that's been made sustainably and ethically. We like to call it 'luxury you can dance in!'

Where can I try on Grace Loves Lace gowns & accessories?

We do not wholesale so we can be sure you will always get the best GRACE experience that we have won awards for. We have bridal showrooms around the world in the US, Australia, UK and Canada. Visit our Showrooms page for more to find one near you.

Do you have any stockists?

No, we do not carry our gowns in stockists.

I don’t live near a showroom but want a GRACE gown, what are my options?

We have many brides who confidently order their gowns with the assistance of our Online Stylists. Reach out to them to arrange a virtual appointment or to chat with them directly. Our production process makes gowns to a size range which is a safe way to ensure your gown will fit, even if your body fluctuates.

Can I alter the design of my dress?

Every Grace Loves Lace dress undergoes intensive design processes to ensure the fit, feel and balance of each dress is absolutely perfect. Therefore, we do not offer customisations – unless stated.

What if I lose/gain weight?

We go to every effort to ensure your dress is the right fit. If you place your order well in advance of your wedding date, then we can confirm your size right before your dress goes into production. The fabrics we use is designed to stretch, so often if you drop a size in weight, it will still fit beautifully. However, it is also very easy to have the dress altered by a professional seamstress if you would like it to be a little more fitted.

Is the pricing between Made-to-Order & Ready-to-wear the same?

Yes! There is no additional cost to have your gown made-to-order (unless it's in the priority time frame). Refer to our Ordering Timeframes page for more information about Made-to-order vs Ready-to-wear.

What undergarments should I wear on my wedding day?

We recommend wearing seamless underwear that matches your skin tone. If you need help to determine which bra style/shapewear you'd like to wear our Online Stylists would love to help you.

Where are your dresses made?

Our beautiful dresses are handmade in our production studio on the Gold Coast, Australia, by our in-house team of seamstresses. To learn more about the GRACE way, visit Our Purpose page for more information.

Do I need to pay import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend to all of our international brides to check with their import/customs department for an estimate cost, so you are aware of any charges that you may be required to pay.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.​ Refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on our products unless a genuine manufacturing fault is found. Refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

Made to Order

GENERAL
  • Made-to-order and Priority Made-to-order wedding dresses are handmade to your size range and shoulder to floor height in our Australian studio​.
  • To determine your size range, we take your bust, under bust, waist and hip measurements and compare these against our Size Range Chart below, to make your gown. ​ ​
  • You will need to provide your measurements 5 months before your wedding date, if your wedding is less than 5.5 months away, some styles can be made as a priority Made-to-order for an additional fee of $400USD.
  • *Please note that on the 1st of August 2022, our made-to-order timeframes will move to a 6-month period​.
WHAT IS A SIZE RANGE?
  • A size range is a 5cm range that your measurements fall within and are taken at four to seven different areas of the body to determine the best fit for your shape.
  • For example — a bride may measure an XL bust, L under bust, XL waist and M hip, and we make your gown to the correct size range in each area. ​
  • The reason this process works is because our fabrics are very forgiving due to the stretch or bias elements in the design.

  • Ready to Wear

    GENERAL
    • Ready-to-wear means handmade to a standard dress size and 155cm shoulder to floor height.​
    • Ready-to-wear is available for immediate purchase and delivery. Ready-to-wear is a great option for brides that are crunched for time. ​
    • Our gowns are designed with little complications for alterations if necessary and our hems can be easily adjusted by your trusted seamstress at your expense.

Dispatch Timeframes
  • Made-to-order gowns will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date​.
  • Priority Made-to-order gowns will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date​.
  • Ready-to-wear gowns will be dispatched approximately 2-3 working days after order is placed​.
  • Occasionwear, shoes, accessories & jewellery will be dispatched approximately 2-3 working days after order is placed, unless ordered at the same time as a Made-to-order gown.​

  • Shipping Timeframes
  • If you are located within Australia, your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post, DHL or TNT which takes between 1- 4 business days to arrive and 3 -7 business days for Western Australia. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package. ​
  • For rest of world, all international orders are sent via UPS Express or DHL which takes between 3-10 business days to arrive. Our Dispatch team will send you tracking information so you can track your package.​

Standard Made to Order
  • Your wedding date must be more than 5.5 months away to order a standard Made-to-order gown.​
  • You will need to supply your measurements 5 months before your wedding date as this is when your goes into production.​
  • Your gown will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.​
Priority Made to Order
  • If your wedding is between 8 weeks and 5.5 months away, certain styles can be fast-tracked through production for an additional priority fee.
  • Your measurements must be provided at the time of purchase to ensure we meet the delivery deadline​.
  • Your gown will be dispatched approximately 2-4 weeks before your wedding date.​
Ready to Wear
  • Ready-to-wear gowns are made to a standard dress size and 155cm shoulder to floor height.
  • These gowns are in stock and ready for immediate delivery​.
  • If your wedding date is less than 8 weeks away you must purchase a Ready-to-wear gown.
  • A Ready-to-wear gown will be dispatched approximately 2-3 days after order is placed.
Occasionwear & Accessories
  • All other items outside of wedding gowns are shipped approximately 2-3 working days after order is placed.
  • To stay true to our commitment to sustainability, we don’t sit on large volumes of stock to ensure unnecessary wastage. Stock levels vary and may have a waitlist available if style is currently not in stock.​
  • Please note that on the 1st of August 2022, our made-to-order timeframes will move to a 6 month period.

Wedding Dresses

Made to Order
  • As your dress is made especially for you to your unique size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault.
  • All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. We highly recommend you try your dress on as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely circumstance your dress does not fit you, you must contact our Customer Experience Team at cx@graceloveslace.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If you cancel your order within 30 days of purchasing your Made-to-order gown, the cancellation fee will be $300USD.
  • If you cancel between 31 days, and your lock in date the cancellation fee is $500USD.​
  • Once your measurements are locked-in, you will be unable to cancel you order as the gown will have gone immediately into production.​

Priority Made to Order
  • As your wedding date is sooner than the standard timeframe it takes to produce a Made-to-order gown, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on Priority Made-to-order bridal items.
  • Your gown will immediately go into production at the time of purchase so our cancellation policy does not apply. ​

Ready to Wear
  • You may exchange your ready-to-wear purchase subject to adherence to our terms for either an exchange or credit note

Occasionwear, Mini & Accessories

  • You may exchange your occasionwear, accessories or jewellery purchase subject to adherence to our terms for either an exchange or credit note.
  • For hygiene purposes, this does not apply to earrings.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of you receiving your garment. ​

Shoes

  • You may exchange your ready-to-wear purchase subject to adherence to our terms for either an exchange or credit note. ​
  • Please try on shoes on a soft surface before they are worn. We will not accept shoes that are damaged or that show signs of wear. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, all packaging and labels must be intact.​

Earrings

  • To protect your health and the health of others, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on pierced earrings.

Sample Sale

  • All sales are final and we do not not accept returns on sample sale items
